We had a super fun Halloween party on October 15, 2011. Aunt Aretta and her kids came up, Aunt Kristina and her kids, and our dear friend Kathleen Nelson and her family. We had fun decorating pumpkins, eating chili, hotdogs, and cornbread, and decorating cupcakes. It was simple party but lots of fun. A plus for the kids -- they got to wear their costumes more than once! I also made Caramel Popcorn as a take home gift for our guests. I probably could have gotten away with making two batches but somebody kept eating it ... so I had to make three batches (that someone would be ME!)
